Tender Loving Care is a 6-week live online movement meet up.

A pit stop to refill with Dr Dance.

Time for the ugh and the oof, the yikes and the yum.

We will dance, write and reflect.

We will take care of ourselves and each other.

Dates:

Times:

UK 6pm - 7:15pm

LA 10am - 11:15am

NY 1pm - 2:15pm

Doors will open 10 minutes before so you can ground and arrive.

Session Recordings:
All ticket types will receive the recording of the session 48-hours after the live sessi0n. The session recordings will remain available for 6-months.

All ticket sales are final with no refunds or transfers through Kate Shela.

Zoom Etiquette:

  • We treat ourselves and each other with kindness and respect.

  • We trust our own pacing.

  • Your can turn your video on or off depending on your own capacity and we encourage video on so that we can all be brave and vulnerable together.

  • You will be muted so the audio experience for the whole is not interrupted.

  • If sharing is happening, we will call on raised hands and you will be unmuted.

  • Please make sure your Zoom is updated before joining.
